Vincent Hoover
Vincent Hoover has more than thirty years of professional development, construction management and property management experience. He has served as principal or project manager for projects across the retail, commercial, medical and government industries.
Mr. Hoover has developed locations for more than fifty federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Immigration and Naturalization (Service Card Production Facility), Mine Safety and Health Administration, Homeland Security (QRT Facility), General Services (Federal Circuit Judge Office), Social Security Administration (Office Hearing and Appeal), U.S.Department of State (Consular Center), Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service.
As a general contractor, Mr. Hoover’s background is in high-end, residential construction. Commercially, he has renovated more than 1,000,000 square feet in downtown Tampa, including the iconic University of Tampa Plant Hall Minarets. His expertise with historic renovations also includes the prestigious Tampa Club.
Working closely with his clients, Mr. Hoover is involved in all aspects of project development, from planning and design to budgeting and contract.

CFO
Tob Trickey
Tob Trickey joined forces with Mr. Hoover in 2007. In addition to his general CFO responsibilities, Mr. Trickey coordinates GSA procurement team in charge of the development budget, the Solicitation for Offers process, and the GSA site due diligence and closing procedures.
With more than thirty years of public and private sector experience as an accounting and finance professional, Mr. Trickey provides expertise in developing and implementing operation initiatives, forming strategic operational plans, arranging financing and managing properties. He is a former CFO for construction equipment dealers with annual revenues ranging from $250 million to $500 million.
Mr. Trickey was CFO of Briggs Construction Equipment, Inc., the largest Case construction equipment dealer in North America, and for Nortrax, Inc., the startup of a John Deere heavy construction and forestry equipment dealership with 19 branches in seven states.
Mr. Trickey’s operational and financial acumen gained over the past three decades allows him to exceed expectations with the needs of many different types of clients and projects.
